Zeestiqfoods warrants that its products are free of material damage for 15 days from the date of shipment; otherwise, it is noted.

Please keep in mind that all exchanges or repair requests must include one or more of the following:

  1. For exchange/replacement, please mention your order number.

  2. Items must be returned in their original packaging.

  3. Exchanges and replacements will be accepted within 15 days.

  4. If the product being exchanged is not currently in stock, we can credit it.

  5. We have the right to refuse any exchange or return request.

Items that cannot be returned

  1. If the product is incomplete, or if even one item is missing.

  2. If the product is customized based on size and style.

  3. If a product gets damaged even slightly.

  4. Discounted sale items cannot be returned.

Procedure for Retuen & Exchange

To exchange or refund any purchased items, please contact us at info@zeestiqfoods.com. On business days (Monday through Saturday), our customer service agent will respond to you within the next 24 to 48 hours. You can send the item back to the address we provided.

Please keep in mind that the customer will be responsible for the courier costs associated with returning the goods. If the item is damaged or does not meet the customer's specifications, Zeestiqfoods will cover the return shipment charges by picking up the item from your provided address via courier, and if you've agreed to pay the return fee, you will receive a refund, or the amount will be adjusted in the next order. Please keep in mind that we do not accept refunds for products that are not purchased from Zeestiq Foods.
